European Parliament (including Committees)

1. The EP sends a delegation to the Conciliation committee, including the rapporteur and other members of the responsible Committee
2. If the Conciliation committee fails to agree on a joint text, the act is deemed not to be adopted
3. If the Conciliation committee agrees on a joint text, the text will go directly to the EP plenary session (there will be no official discussion in the Committee)
4. If the EP and the Council approve the joint text, the act will be adopted; if the EP and the Council do not approve the joint text, the act will not be adopted.
