The shadow rapporteurs
  • named by the other Groups (than the one the rapporteur belongs to)
  • lead discussions on that specific issue for their Group in the Committee, in the plenary and within the Group
  • mobilize their Group in the preparation of amendments
  • meet with the Rapporteur to discuss important reports
